How to RSVP?

Please note that we have a very strict number of guests who can attend our wedding. Attendance is limited only to those who the invitation was addressed to. If you received a +1, it was stated on your invitation. 

Please only RSVP for 1 person at a time, so where it asks "How many in your party?", you should select 1. We want to ensure an accurate meal selection for all guests. If you are a +1 to an invited guest, please be sure to include their full name in the additional comments section, so we know who you are RSVP'ing with. 

And while we do hope you can join us, we recognize that travelling for our wedding may be a big committment, so if you are not able to attend we understand and will hopefully be able to celebrate with you another time!

How long should we stay?

Our group room rates are valid from Wednesday, July 31st to Friday, August 9th, so feel free to stay as long as you wish! However, we are encouraging all of our guests to stay for at least 3 nights to really be able to enjoy the resort and the surrounding areas. The Hilton is in the heart of Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida), which is over a mile of great restuarants, bars, clubs, shopping, etc. It is only open to pedestrian traffic, so you can feel comfortable walking around and exploring all 5th Avenue has to offer (including the 2 for $65 60min massages that we take advantage of multiple times during our stay whenever we visit Playa del Carmen - if you're interested we can give you more details - offer is too good to ever pass up lol). 

How do we book our travel?

Rooms

Please visit our group booking site to book the room of your choosing. Click the "website" button under the hotel section of our Travel page to access our group booking site. If the room you prefer is not available, please reach out to us and let us know and we will try our best to get the room you would prefer added as an option (dependent upon availability).

Flights

Given our guests will be flying from various cities/airports, we are leaving your flight booking totally up to you. Please feel free to book any flights that will ensure you are able to enjoy our big day with us and also allows you to really enjoy and spend some time in Playa del Carmen.

Is there a dress code?

We request that everyone be dressed in their nicest "Beach Chic" cocktail attire for the wedding.

Note: It will be Mexico in August, so expect temperatures in the 80s-90s. Our ceremony will be outside, but the cocktail hour and reception will be inside with air conditioning.  

Are kids allowed to attend?

Sorry, but the resort is Adults Only (18+), so we are not able to host children at our wedding.
