Debbie Matenga

Maid of honour and chief Bridesmaid

Debbie is Shak's sister and lives in Scotland. They don't see each other as much as they would like, but when they both get together they are a riot. Debbie is a nurse in A&E and works full time whilst juggling many other responsibilities. Ask Debbie about her and Shak's younger years visiting the Dominican Republic. Debbie is the youngest of Shak's siblings but is by far the most sensible.

Shanique Matenga

Shanique. Is the neice on Shak's side. Shanique lives in Livingston Scotland. This girl loves to travel!!. She works in the travel industry too. Shanique loves the performing arts and is a fantastic singer/dancer and actress. Shanique 's favourite Christmas movie is ELF. (Elf is on). Shanique is kind, thoughtful loyal and loving.

Tendai Matenga

Ring bearer

Tendai is a nephew on Shak's side. He is half Scottish half Zimbabwean. He plays basketball competitively as is very good at it. Tendai has so many pairs of trainers I don't know where he keeps them all. Tendai is a real foodie and can actually cook stuff!!. He has a discerning palette. Tendai is polite, respectful and handsome too.

Amy is the niece on Martin's side. Amy is adventurous, she loves horses and horse riding. Amy has won awards in horse jumping. Amy is fun, loving and caring. Amy doesn't realise how pretty she is. Amy is a force to be reckoned with!

Jessie is Shak's mammy. Jessie is thoughtful, generous and hugely supportive. Jessie loves a good holiday and a nice meal out. Jessie is a strong willed person and can do anything she puts her mind to. Jessie loves her family and is crazy about her grandchildren

Steven Turner

Steve likes to be called Diz. Shak and Mart met Diz and his wonderful wife Sue in 2015 on holiday to Cuba. We all had the best time together. We have since kept in touch, with multiple visits to each other. Holiday friends that became friends for life. Diz is from Essex and drives heavy goods vehicles. Diz is a real family man and we love that about him. Diz likes the group madness. He is kind, thoughtful fun to be with and super friendly. Diz is fiercely loyal and would do anything for his family and friends and always puts others needs above his own Diz is as equally shy as Martin, thankfully their other halves have enough to say for the both of them.
