1.  How much will my stay cost?

Travel Dates Range from 8/6/25 to 8/12/25 (3 Night minimum stay required) 

Single room rates range from $454 - $527 per person per night.

Double room rates range from $252 - $288 per person per night.

Triple room rates range from $219 - $248 per person per night.

Quad room rates range from $202 - $227 per person per night.

Child rates (ages 3-12) range from $96 - $104 per person per night.

*Above rates are US Dollars, per person, per night. Prices vary based on room type.
*Maximum capacity in a guest room is two (2) adults and two (children) under 13 years of age, three (3) adults and one (1) child under 13 years of age or (4) adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

2.  Is airfare included?  Airfare is not included in the above room rates.  Guests are welcome to purchase their own air.  A group rate will be provided closer to travel dates.  The group airfare will leave from BWI on August 7th and depart MBJ on August 11th.  

3.  What are the details of the payment plan?  The initial deposit to secure the room $200, due October 15, 2024.  The final payment is due in full June 7, 2025.  See below for the monthly payment schedule.

4.  Is there a dress code for the ceremony?  Mr & Mrs Rooks would love to see all their guests in lovely summer shades of green for the ceremony.  This is not mandatory, just a request. 

5.  Are any other special events happening that we need to dress appropriately for (ex. white party, neon party, etc.)?  This information will be shared closer to travel dates.
