1. Do I need a passport?

Yes, as this is international travel from the United States you will need a passport. Please check your Passport expiration date. You may need to renew it as you must have minimum validity of 6 months 

2. When should I book my hotel?

It's best to book your room as soon as possible. Rooms are subject to availability, and options vary. We highly encourage all guests to stay at the Hilton La Romana. Please let us know ahead of time if you choose to stay at a different accomodation.

Note: Check the Hilton Honors website pricing as well for potential discounts. It's free to sign up to become a member.

3. When should I book my flight?

It's best to book your flight 4-6 months out, as this is usually the best time for flight deals. Other deals may arise outside of this time range which may be economical as well.

4. What's the best way to book my trip?

We find it easiest to book directly with Hilton, and the airline of your choice.

5. Is there anything not included at this All-Inclusive.

All food and alcohol are included in the hotels price. If you choose to stay at another hotel or accommodation, you will be subject to a daily resort fee which will allow you access to all of the Hilton's amenities.

The spa or any excursions you wish to take will also be subject to a fee.

6. What should I wear to the wedding?

7. Can I bring additional guests?

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, due to the intimate nature of our destination wedding, we have a limited number of guests. We kindly ask that you only RSVP for who is directly invited on the invitation. Thank you for understanding. 

8. When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by January 5th, 2025.
